Adjudication Fees

There are costs associated with being an Authorised Nominating Authority similar to that of any commercial enterprise. These costs are off set by charging fees.

It is the policy of ASC that no determination will be released until the Adjudicator is paid the Adjudication fees. Accordingly, once the Adjudicator has made a decision, ASC will forward a letter to both parties advising each party the amount of the fees. Once the claimant and/ or the respondent have paid the fees for the purposes of release the decision will be released to both parties. The decision will state who is liable purusant to the Act. Therefore, if the claimant has paid 100% of the fees, but the decision states that the parties are equally liable, the respondent must reimburse the claimant for their share of the fees.
