ASC provides the following information on forms associated
with the Act.
These forms available for use by both Claimants and
Respondents:
Payment Claim – As most accounting
software produce a different style of payment claim
there is no standard form. However the information provided
should be reasonably detailed.
The "front page" of the payment claim should
give totals with reference to attachments. The attachments
are where a more detailed description of the works and
amounts should be located.

the Links section) while this is out of date it is still
largely applicable and a good resource for general
matters, though nothing can replace expert advice.
Payment Schedule – A payment
schedule would normally follow the format and layout
of the payment claim to which it relates however there
is no standard format. Refer link to NSW State Government
